UltraTecno Automotive Cleaning Machine Series have been specially designed and built for use in engine maintenance workshops. UltraTecno Automotive Series uses 28 kHz, as best results for engine maintenance are obtained. Higher frequencylevels (60-90 kHz) are less aggressive, and are used for different applications with less dirt levels or more delicate materials (optical lenses & electronics).

High Power UltraTecno Transducers
UltraTecno machines are constructed using our unique ultrasound plates as opposed to conventional technologies. These have a 25% greater thickness. This factor substantially reduces the risk of 'hot spot' erosion and stress cracks to the metal surface and provides more uniform cleaning.
The transducers are made of high quality phosphor-bronze/silver construction in order to minimize heat build up, thus extending the life of the transducers and piezoelectric crystals and getting the best market efficiency levels.
UltraTecno synchronized technology ensures all ultrasound transducers are at same phase, avoiding pressure waves absorption phenomenon enhancing the effects of cavitation. Our electronic generators include up to eight sweep frequency modes designed to improve transducers performance and an additional Stop&Go extra function.
Oil Separation LFS System
After oil and grease are removed from pieces, they have to be separated from main water tank. Our patented Laminar Flow System (LFS) takes floating grease to an auxiliary tank, were it can be easily removed by user, and permits to obtain all parts perfectly clean after elevation.
Acoustic Reduction Filter (ARF)
28kHZ is the most efficient and desirable frequency for parts cleaning, but it is also the most audible. UltraTecno engineers have developed our Patented ARF Technology, which uses Acoustic Filters and X-tra insulation to keep noise below 78dB(A). Now you can enjoy full 28 kHZ cleaning power while keeping your workshop quiet.
Triple Size Thermal Insulation
Our machines are fully insulated with triple size material up to 70 mm thickness. The top cover is also insulated and the closing is done with a Neoprene joint to avoid steam leaks. Our thermal insulation system reduces heat losses by 72% being the most efficient of the market.

Full Stainless Steel Construction
Grade 316 stainless steel with 25% greater thickness is used for our ultrasonic plate transducers. This reduces the risk of 'hot spot' erosion, provides more uniform cleaning and guarantees our equipments a longer life cycle. Water based multi-tank equipments achieves the same results without damaging the environment. Based on its experience with over 400 equipments using solvents, UltraTecno has developed a multistage process to remove polishing paste from any metal or alloy: brass, zamak, aluminium, etc.
